EMINOL 18% DRY EXTRACT


DEFINITION.

Concentrate poliphenolic extract obtained by patented extraction process of Red Grapevine (Vitis vinifera) skin and seeds from D.O. Ribera de Duero.

ORIGIN OF THE RAW MATERIALS.

The raw materials used in the production of extract are exclusively from vegetal origin.

PROPERTIES OF PRODUCT.

Red grape poliphenols extract is an excellent source of cathequins, quercitins, resveratrol and oligomeric proanthocyanidins and for their great antioxidant activity play an important role in the development of collagen including skin, connective tissue and vascular walls.

  • Apperance: Redish coloured powder.
  • Colour and odour. Characteristic of Ribera de Duero grape.
  • pH. 2.5-4.0
  • Bulk Density: ≥ 0.30 g/ml
  • Specific weight. ≥ 0.40g/ml
  • Antioxidant Power: 15000 milieq. Galic acid/ L
  • Polyphenols %. Min 18%
  • Dry extract. 5.7 %
  • Microbiology (Total aerobic organism). <1000 ufc/g
  • Solubility at 20ºC. Soluble in water and hidroalcoholic solution.

SPECIFIC SUSTANCES OF THE PRODUCT.

  • Fenolic compounds from vegetal origin (fenolic acids, cathequins and flavoniods)
  • Tartaric acid.

USES.
Functional aditive, cosmetic and phermaceutical sector.

STORAGE

Storage in a cool (4ºC - 12ºC )and dark place.
After openig, the contents must be used quickly or repacked in a suitably sized steriliced container.
This product is preserved with 0.05 % of potassium metabisulfite.
We recomended to re-check the product after 2 year of storage under recommended conditions.

  • PE-HD bags of 1,5, 25 and 50 Kg
  • 100 g. tinted glass and PE-HD flash simples.
